- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
- Experience and strong knowledge in windows, Mac OS, Linux
- Strong knowledge in software, hardware, network, and IT security
- Service-minded, flexible thinking, learning agility and quality assurance
- Ability to define problems / Monitor root cause corrective actions
